December 29, 2008 - I used to like AlertThingy in its original version, it worked very well and allowed you to Twitter, add to Flickr etc. all in one easy interface. Now their FreindFeed version doesn't allow you to do these things and their "New" version has no FriendFeed, just breaks up what was one an all-in-one in to smaller bits, overall a total FAIL, uninstalled both the same night as I updated, your mileage may vary.
